We are currently seeking a Field Operations Representative to join our team in Orange Beach and Perdido Key.  This position is a full time position with the Company.

The Field Operations Representative is a key point of contact for our Owners and Support team. They are expected to build and maintain strong relationships with our Owners and internal support teams. The position is measured by meeting expectations of Guest & Owners by being responsible for the appearance, inventory, and maintenance of their portfolio properties.

Job Description:

Essential Job Duties:

  • Record a plan for each owner on how they would like to receive communications.

  • Take full ownership in verifying owner, owner guest, and paying guest of owner arrivals to ensure property is rent ready and quality clean.
  • Ensure each property is visited on a quarterly basis.
  • Monitor Guest comment card scores and communicate both positive and negative to the owner, and address any items cited that need attention as it relates to property condition and maintenance.
  • Communicate property revenue performance to owners with use of key data and the input from the marketing team on a quarterly basis.
  • Account for all credit card and fuel purchases on a daily and weekly basis ensuring all receipts are accounted for and turned in to the accounting team by way of SharePoint.

  • Work closely with the Area Coordinator to schedule and obtain approval from owners for work to be completed on property. 
  • Work closely with the Area Coordinator to schedule and coordinate vendors and ensure a full understanding of work orders and timely completion of tasks when needed.
  • Verify completion of vendor work and communicate to owner as needed.
  • Coordinate property photo schedule by initiating and entering new photo requests into Live Look as needed. Ensure all current property info is up to date and correct for both internal and external systems.
  • Make sure all maintenance issues are promptly reported and followed up on.
  • Be proficient in the company‚Äôs emergency preparedness plan task and duties.
  • Complete a property assessment for all units annually and follow up with owners to ensure all required items are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Complete light housekeeping in properties when needed to.  Ex. Wiping counter tops, mirrors or windows, straightening up bedding, or vacuuming.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrate strong computer proficiency, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel), including typing skills and the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems.

  • Strong negotiation skills to create a win/win/win solution for the Company and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multi task in fast paced environment.
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule and carry out responsibilities on evenings, weekends during peak season and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to work effectively individually and in a team setting.
  • Strong math, reading and English skills.


  • High school diploma or equivalent and some college. Minimum of 2 years in comparable position.


  • Previous experience in property management and customer service/sales preferred.
  • Previous experience with vacation rental management software preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Medium work which requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Employee is subject to coastal climate conditions; extreme heat. Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour.   Employee may be exposed to other conditions such as wind and high humidity.
  • Employee is subject to vibrations and exposure to oscillating movements of the extremities or whole body.
  • Employee is subject to hazards which may include physical conditions such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current and high places, work in small crawl spaces, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.
  • Employee is subject to atmospheric conditions: one or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system of the skin: odors, dusts, mists or poor ventilation.
  • Employee must be able to extend hands, arms in any direction, move about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
  • Employee must be able to raise objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position. 
  • Employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
  • Must be able to consistently bend, stoop, reach, climb and descend multiple stairs and/or stairwells.

Special Requirements:

  • Valid driving license with good driving record and reliable transportation.   Valid auto insurance required.
  • Subject to pre-employment and/or random drug screening.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed.
  • During peak season, required to work weekends and holidays.
  • Business Casual attire and closed toe shoes are required when assisting owners and guests.  Tennis shoes are recommended for safety, support and prevention of slips and falls.
